I've boarded my dog and cats here many times but the last time I booked with them I was cancelled at the last minute because my dog, they claimed, was not up to date on her vaccines. Specifically she hasn't had a distemper vaccine in a couple of years ... BECAUSE NO VET GIVES THAT VACCINE TO 10 YEAR OLD DOGS! YOU CAN'T GET IT! I got a signed explanation from my vet and even arranged a call with them. But she would not even look at it. Wonderful experience! My dog, a female Aussie doodle, stayed here for a long weekend. The staff was friendly my dog loved everyone she was in contact with. The front office staff was kind and able to answer all of my questions. They even washed her blanket when it got a little too much love during her stay. I will absolutely board my dog here again.
