Victor and Enrique were helpful and fast. Easy process for buying a car
Recently PCSed to San Antonio in June. Bought my new car with a Honda loan. I didnt get any mail or email regarding when and where to pay my loan for over a month. It's impossible to get hold of the finance department over phone, so I drove 30 minutes four times in person regarding my loan update. Well, my finance guy no longer works here and also turns out they misspelled my email. Wasted hours of my time because of their mistake. Terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers.

The service department at Hill Country Honda has been very disappointing. We’ve taken our car there many times and it’s always the same thing. We bring it in for legitimate reasons but they tend to rush through looking at it and then will come up with the answer of “no problem solved”. They are very incompetent and their customer service is very poor. We have even thought about doing away with our Honda and going to a different dealer with a much better service department.
