I dropped off my car for timing belt replacement and ended up billed with additional $89 for a diagnostic done on my Pilot which I asked for a QUOTE for a leaking rack and pinion. I already mentioned to advisor that my rack and pinion was leaking, after I decline them to do the repair as it was about $3000 quote, they charged me of the $89. Should I get refunded by that amount?
