Really appreciate Richie helping me out yesterday. My car got stuck in a manhole hole during Fourth of July flooding. I could not get my car out and towing companies were quoting me 300 dollars. I contacted Ritchie and he got it out at no cost. Such a nice thing to do. Greatly appreciate it man
HCHI is the best in town. I talked to 3 other contractors but settled on HCHI. He told us what we should do & we did it. He and his team are fast, efficient, honest and a good price. When issues come up, he comes out and resolves it...and there's always issues, but no problem, he takes care of it all.Thank you Richie & your team.
Richie and team are the best ever! I have had some major challenges with contractors here in Kerrville and was so frustrated. But when I met Richie and team, they rescued us. They answer calls, they show up when they say they will, they show up SOON after my call, they do things RIGHT, and they are the fairest prices I've found. Save yourself some time: CALL THESE GUYS. They do everything!
Richie and his crew did a fantastic job with painting our house. This is our 3rd project with him and we couldn't be happier! They prepped the house, fixed any issues they found along the way including some unexpected damage from carpenter ants! Their attention to detail was great and we walked the project several times through out to make sure things were the way I wanted them. I thought I was hiring a 3 man crew, for the first week, it was just one guy sanding, he did a great job and seemed to be the only one who cared about his workmanship. The second week the owner, Ritchie and the other guy showed up and that’s when the rest of the job started going downhill. Ritchie didn’t want the sander to spend much time sanding. The siding replacement is a horrible job, I now have worst gaps between boards then I did before, which should not exist, if the siding was put on correctly. They stomped and kille... read more
