I am new to wearing hearing aids. I really struggled with the first two weeks. I just couldn't get the sounds I wanted and did not like the ones I could hear. I have tried a few more time but really did not like them. I wish I would have called. I thought it was just my own inability to adjust. super service both from Barbara,audiologist, and Amanda for paperwork details and scheduling. I went to both the Boerne office and new Kerrville locations for hearing tests and adjustments. I had hearing aids that were 10 years old and was amazed at the sound quality of new brands. Hill Country offers a fair refund policy should the hearing aids not work for a given individual. Highly recommended!
