Dr Rensch and his staff at the Surgery Center took excellent care of me before , during, and after my procedure. I would recommend them.
Dr. Rensch and his team are very friendly and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain why you have your condition and why it is necessary for certain procedures are necessary in your care. They promise to take good care of you and they follow through. Should you need procedures done at the Surgery Center you will find the same cordial atmosphere there. Everyone is helpful and cheerful and very efficient. These folks put you at ease.
Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Rensch were very professional and personable.
I would not recommend anyone to come here. I came in for two procedures and I was reassured that both procedures were going to be done at the same time. After waking up from my procedure Dr. Rench ended up only doing one after I payed $1,200 for both. I called the office to see why it was not done and they said I was more than welcome to go back in and reschedule to have the second one done after taking my money the first time. Dr. Rensch and his staff are amazing! They take their time to listen and will not stop until your medical needs have been met. The staff at the Surgery Center is also amazing. They were very nice and accommodating. Dr. Rensch talks to you before and after the procedure and will make sure you understand everything before leaving. I have been seeing Dr. Rensch for several years and would highly recommend him!!
