New patient, we were ignored at first then finally asked my name. Were asked immediately for ID and insurance then they told me that I was not covered on my wife’s insurance. We let them know that it is a family plan. They said no it’s not they were told by someone that it is only single. They told us to call our provider. We have had this plan for several years. Very direct and lack of customer service skills. I’m old I wonder if that had anything to do with the service? I guess they told me!
Today I was lucky enough got get a work-in appointment due to a cancellation with Dr. Matthew Ryker, DDS, MS, Periodontist. He took time to explain my situation and reassured me that a conservative approach would be in my best interest. It was clear that he was knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated his honesty and clear recommendations. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing periodontal advice in our area. Thank you, Dr. Ryker!
