Abby Filyaw has informed me that they’re not doing rental assistance until January It’s a shame because when I had brought up the fact that I would inform the same people who are advertising this program she changed her mind and asked me if I wanted to do the application that she just said wouldn’t be available until January

I wouldn’t give this place one star but i had to in order to leave a review. I’m appalled in the behavior of your employees. I understand you have to take at least 100 strands of hair, but as women, you should be ashamed of yourself in the area and the amount you take. You would NEVER allow anyone to do to you what you are doing to the women who are clients there. The hours of operation have no basis in reality and the help is very inconsiderate. Maybe if you camp outside they will show up to work. I pity anyone who is mandate to do business. The work they do for addicts is noble work but to get in the door and actually past the reception area is a task they are plussed to help you with. I hope the counselors are making contact with clients. Good Luck

The lady was very nice and polite. The Eduardo guy was ridiculous though. He kept talking to himself and yelling though our whole meeting. Very uncomfortable to talk to, its like the Jim Adler (Texas Hammer Commercials) on the radio, but only in person...
