It was such an awesome experience! The chocolate and wine pairing was perfect and explained so well! Both the chocolates and wine were so good…we’ll definitely be returning!!
I am not a chocolate expert but this place is absolutely outrageous. Best chocolates ever and an amazing staff. Highly recommended.
Headed over from Yelp: Was looking for nice chocolate to treat myself on VDay. Stumbled upon Hill Country Chocolate. Great website and amazing packaging/shipping! Chocolates arrived beautifully. 9 piece signature collection was THE BEST chocolate I have ever had! The sea salt caramels were so delicious as well. Now I need to make it out to Fredericksburg to visit in person!

It’s so nice to walk into a new place and immediately be greeted, welcomed and taken care of. Without asking, the hosts brought out full sized samples. And shortly thereafter the owner came out from the production space and greeted us and shook hands. They were making chocolate bunnies for easter and we were able to grab two right from the kitchen - first ones off the line!
