Wonderful people there! I've been there multiple times having porch cats fixed and the staff are so kind and positive. Love this place and I highly recommend them if you need your pets, porch cats and feral taken care of.
Never again. Horrible experiences. We had to bring our husky to this place because we rescued her from Kendall county animal services. We live between 1 to 1 1/2 hours away. The first time I took her to get spayed I showed up 2 hours early and they took her after 7:30 am. There is no first come first served here. They took many other people's pets before my husky. I was there first. After I left my wife called me to say that I had to go back to get the dog because they refused to do the surgery. She was in heat and no one as... read more
These people are AMAZING! They are kind and thoughtful.
So I am here at 3:00pm and they said you have to have an appointment for the free shot clinic.. Not here or on the Boerne pages does it say anything about an appointment or anything and then they said they aren't taking anymore so thats weird. Maybe post that its by appointment only or something?
