I never knew about this organization. Heard about them from a friend. The staff was so friendly and explained everything in detail. This is now my new place for my dogs care!
My mother took a male cat to get neutered last week, It seems like a simple procedure correct well, I guess not because the poor darling passed away this morning. High fever infection that we could not get under control. I have never understood their policy about pick up and drop offs in the parking lot and not being able to enter the building, Leaves me to believe that it is not a sterile environment, impossible atrocities that are animals are going through!
What an absolutely delightful nonprofit. The love that they give to the animals and to the people are both astounding and appreciated.
Everyone was very helpful and attentive. They took the time to review and discuss any concerns I had. We will definitely be bringing out babies back here. Thank you to the entire staff.
The HCAL was amazing. Check-in, check-out were both seamless processes that were handled curbside. Every staff member we spoke to was SO KIND and calm. We drove over an hour to use them for our kitten, and it was so worth it. If I ever need to get another animal fixed, it will be with them.
