We had to put our dog Harley to sleep tonight and despite that, without a doubt this is the best vet experience I have ever had. I know that's a conundrum, but the people were so understanding. The girl who answered the phone was beyond sweet. The tech who got our info was extremely kind and when I couldn't write what i wanted she, made sure it was done right. When we showed up at 6am, our dachshund had developed hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. We were 6 hours from home and had no idea where to go. The ER team was amazing! They moved quickly and showed true concern for our dog. Dr. Cade and her team were phenomenal and knew exactly what to do. Our dog also had to stay a couple days with the internal medicine team. Dr. Mosley was an excellent doctor with such care and compassion for my sweet dog. I hope I don’t have another emergency visit but I am so glad yall are there to help.
My Bluebonnets journey started here the day before Christmas- a bladder stone infection that required immediate treatment and everyone at this hospital went above and beyond to make sure she able to come home. Thanks Dr Mosley and the incredible staff for everything you do!!
My experience was pretty good. The front desk lady was helpful on my anxiety was up. The vet took time to talk to me. My puppy had a cast put on. Or maybe it was a splint. My issue was the puppy chewed it off within hours. No one recommended a cone. Using a cone was not in my discharge directions. And they wanted me to drive from Kerrville back to boerne.
