My Australian Shepherd was near death when my veterinarian referred us to this clinic. She was there for five days. She had severe pancreatitis. They saved her. They sent her home with a combination of 11 medications. She is doing fine today. I wouldn’t have Sadie today if not for them.
Very professional and prompt attention. They explained our options when our 9 are old dog was injured. They also communicated with our regular Veterinarian to continue care. So glad we found a great place in an emergency! Clean and bright rooms to help us humans cope better too.
Top notch care from the whole staff. From the moment we called the clinic to leaving with a care plan we felt taken care of!
They gave my cat an epidural for urinal de-blocking as well as additional pain meds which were such overkill for the situation that it made everything so much worse. I’m still dealing with the repercussions from their over application over 3000 later with my regular vet. They didn’t consult with me on anything, didn’t ask for his history or past treatments just went ahead and gave him what I have now found to have made his condition worse then before. HCAEH saved our dog Hank’s life! His outcome was not looking good with a very severe case of pneumonia and pancreatitis. Dr. Owens, Dr. Dielmann, and Dr. Mosley provided incredible care allowing Hank to make a full recovery. We are forever grateful for this team and how informed they kept us throughout the treatment and recovery process.
