The moment I entered for my endoscopy appointment, young lady Andrea at the front desk she was so pleasent. Roger my Anesthesist was very pleaset and helpful. Vanessa, Jadyn, Alice, Nicole and ofcourse Whitney all of them very caring and sweet. Ofcouse My Doctor Siddiqui as usual were very caring and wonderful, he has been my doctors since 15years...
Doctors and nurses were fantastic! Procedures went as expected. Place is absolutely wonderful except when I went to pick up my mom after the procedure front desk lady thought it would be funny to tell me that my mother‘s surgery did not go as expected and things went wrong. Working in the medical field, there is no room for any sort of unprofessionalism like that within the office. Not a funny joke when someone’s life is in yawls hands. I will be having my attorney, reaching out! Absolutely ridiculous!
My wife had a procedure done this morning. The staff were fantastic, and took great care of her. Unfortunately, my wife lost her wedding ring when she was there. Shannon and Bobbie went above and beyond to find my wife’s ring. We couldn’t be more grateful/appreciative of their care and diligence!
Medical staff is great. Billing is awful. I had a procedure at this location in May. They estimated i would owe $572 because of my deductible. I agreed to pay in two installments they successfully received. When i learned that my insurance completely covered the cost and payed them, i called this office and requested a refund. It's been weeks, and no one has called me back or sent me my money back. Their website does not allow to send them an email, hence I'm writing here.
I wanted to take a minute and write this review in hopes of helping anyone else doing research before a procedure here. I was anxious prior to due to the poor reviews, but can assure you that I had nothing short of a great experience. Check in was quick and efficient. The nurses were warm and made me feel comfortable both physically and mentally. The anesthesiologist put my mind at ease and everything went so smoothly. I’m so appreciative and thankful for the care received here.
