Just don't even consider! Refused online reservation which falsly represented property. Charged card , and deposit. Refused ADA service animal which is illegal in the USA !!! Never l go here Dangerous uphill busy traffic area, hard to get into.
Worst Front Desk Service, yelling over the phone while trying to discuss about the reason for cancellation and hung up the phone in the middle and didn’t answer the phone when I called them again for about 15 times. She was very rude with no patience.
