1 star — Poor communication and broken timeline I had my van towed to Hill Automotive on Thursday because of a radiator leak. I was told they could fix it and have me back on the road by Friday. Since I had not received any updates, I went to the shop Friday afternoon to check on it. That is when I found out my vehicle had not been touched and would not be worked on until at least Monday.
