Apartment 411 a/c doesn’t work, temperature is set to 72 degrees but the apartment doesn’t drop below 78 degrees despite it being only 84 degrees outside during the night time. There’s no reason for the a/c not to work, this has been a hassle since I’ve moved in. The apartments do a very poor job at correcting such a simple fix, I’ve made 3 reports for the a/c and it still hasn’t been fixed and it’s been 3 months now.

The amazing staff at Hill at Woodway !! The manger and staff are very attentive and professional, 100% superstars that care. I get this is an older property so there are issues, yet everyone that works here carry a professionalism about them and take pride in their work. Maintenance Team are 5 star guys as well! Mark did an outstanding job coming out on Saturday to resolve the loud noise in my AC, and remedied other problems that were only partially fixed. Grateful he was resourceful.
