It’s not the worst place to live but definitely not luxury. There’s very little grass. Any rain at all and it’s a complete mudfest. If you have dogs, get ready for the mess. Landscaping entails more than just mowing the little bit of grass there is and blowing leaves. It’s very lacking in that respect. Sidewalks covered in mud make it a very slick and unsafe environment for residents trying to get around. Would love to see more care put in to the community as far as landscaping goes. Move in was so quick got approved fast and Cheyanne on was top of everything and kept me updated highly recommended
So far I am loving my new apartment. I'm new here in San Antonio this would be my first home here. Janae is awesome answers all of your questions. So far little to no maintenance issues. My building is right across from the dog park which is really great. Only downside is some pet owners didn't clean after their pets. However the community does keep poop bags and area clean as possible. Cool community
