So far with Hill and Ponton going through their intake process I am highly satisfied with the help I received. they don't answer emails or respect you. they want your money but don't want to help you. i asked them some simple questions and they never responded. they would relentlessly spam my phone with calls and texts but would never make any effort to do anything of value to help me. frauds and liars.
Stay away from this firm !They can't even answer a phone call and does not know how to transfer a call at all, their automated phone system is broken. Is this the kind of atourneys you want representing your case when they are not competent enough to handle their own staff not answering calls at all for new clients!
You cannot reach a human being at this firm. They go to lunch from 2 to 3 and never get back to you. How can you call that client service??? Terrible
