I had a really good experience building with HiLine. I cannot say enough great things about how easy it was to work with the Yakima office (Becky) and project Manager (Jared) for my build. From the day we broke ground to our final walkthrough we managed to complete the build of our home in 6 months. This process is inherently stressful, but the HiLine team were great to work with and explained what they could do and what we needed to do to help things move faster. We recently retired and was looking for a home builder to build our dream home on acreage in Ellensburg. We met with Becky at HiLine and enjoyed her very much. I had a good experience dealing with Hiline Homes throughout the process from the beginning with Becky guiding me through design and permits to working with Jared the project manager who would always go above and beyond to make sure I was happy throughout the process... So thank you for making me my dream a reality.
Hiline built us a home in Ellensburg Washington and not only did they do an amazing job on it, they did it timely from start to finish. Their project manager was always communicating with us on the next step and the dates it would be done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality affordable home with good communication.
