What a great experience! Just finishing our modified 2443 plan, main upgrades were 10’ ceilings, 10/12 pitch roof, attic trusses with stairs for lots of storage, and an extra garage for an exercise room. The Hiline team was great to work with and are dedicated to quality and customer service. Extra special thanks to our main contact Jared for going above and beyond thru the entire process. If we were to do it again we would choose Hiline!
Building a home with HiLine homes was a great experience from beginning to end. From getting permits to the finished project they were there every step of the way. Of course, nothing ever goes perfectly but the team we worked with was always easy to reach and helped to solve any issues quickly. The beginning of our process started pretty positive. It just went down hill from there. What should have been a very exciting experience turned out to be very traumatic. There are many hidden things that they don’t discuss until you are so far in that you have no choice but to continued. There is a 120 day price lock once you purchase the floor plan. What a joke of a company. Garrett the owner is about as useless as it gets. Talk about someone not taking responsibility. I would research twice and one extra time for your own sake before going with this company.
The entire experience from picking out a plan to completion was amazing. Becky will help with design and work with you to get the finishes you want. Jared was our project manager and was always there for any questions along the way. Will be building with the HiLine team again!
