Low quality work EVERY step of the way. Disrespectful subs, trashed my house and yard the entire build. Did not follow custom blueprints. Nothing is square or level. ONE STEP UP FROM A MANUFACTURED home. Skipped my custom upgrades. Fought me every time they made a mistake and tried to turn it into a change order so they could charge me for it. At least one subcontractor had just gotten out of prison But nobody notified me of his prison record. He flirted more than he worked. I was unsafe at my own home.
Built with hiline home last year. Our project manager Jared was amazing to work with, he had very good communication. Our home was built ahead of time and we had no problems along the way. Will definitely be using them for our next home !
I had a really good experience building with HiLine. I cannot say enough great things about how easy it was to work with the Yakima office (Becky) and project Manager (Jared) for my build. To start, you work with sales (Becky) to define your build and choose your options to get a full cost. There are a lot of customizations and finishings to choose from. From the day we broke ground to our final walkthrough we managed to complete the build of our home in 6 months. This process is inherently stressful, but the HiLine team were great to work with and explained what they could do and what we needed to do to help things move faster. My project manager Jared was very responsive, and was able to quickly respond to problems and resolve fixes in a very timely manner. We recently retired and was looking for a home builder to build our dream home on acreage in Ellensburg. We met with Becky at HiLine and enjoyed her very much. She listened to our wants and needs and designed the perfect home for us. When the building began, we were in constant contact with the project manager, Jared.
