My mum had stair rails and bathroom rails installed last week. From for beginning when someone cane out to do the measurements right till the end when someone else came out to fix them have been absolutely amazing. The man that did the measurements was so professional and helpful and the guy that came out to fix them was also so professional and friendly. Highly recommended. Will definitely call them again if we need any further modifications. Thankyou Hiline🌹
Had 5 things added to my home, the gentleman who came out was just great, he accepted my dog and was very kind, did a fabulous job, thank you, very happy
Thank you to the team in particular to Scot who installed the the hand rails etc today, Scot was very prompt on arriving, his quality of workmanship is excellent, he cleaned up any mess, he is exceptionally polite and a great ambassador for the company, in this day and age it's hard to find a service like this .

Refused to provide pricing for install of a bidet. Did not want to visit the property to quote preferring to view the house from the outside using Google maps. Would not explain why a view of the roof would assist them in providing a quote for a toilet modification. Very dodgy if you ask me. Selective pricing. Very strange business practice.
