My wife took our daughters here for a girls’ day after our oldest got her hair done for prom—and it came out lovely. So, she brought our other two girls along. When I got there, I had to walk out. The woman behind the counter had a rude look and zero welcoming personality. I was just waiting around while my oldest finished her driver’s test, so I walked the mall for a bit. A gem of a salon in a small town. Alyssa knows how to deliver my hair wants and needs. Everyone Ive chatted with during my appointments have been kind and funny. I look forward to spending time here during my appointments.
Not sure of the girls name Or what was going on in her personal life, but it was the worst experience ever. So rude...... Hopefully her day gets better
