Love Hili! I tried every single studio in the orlando area before calling Hili home. I was extremely nervous as I’m overweight, out of shape and have had 3 babies but the staff has been amazing at offering modifications when needed so I don’t get hurt. Sky and Alexa A. are my fav instructors but everyone is great. Just get the unlimited girl, you’ll be hooked!
Today was my first class at HILI with the instructor Marcella, and it was the best experience I've ever had. Mila, who was so friendly at the front desk and showed me the machines, and Marcella, who guided me from scratch because I had no prior knowledge of Pilates. Marcella also speaks English and Spanish, which is a plusss. She pays close attention to your posture and makes sure you're never lost or confused. I'm definitely going to come back and I highly recommend it to any girlll who want to try it!! :D
I completed my Hot Mat Level 1 Certification in Maitland in September, and it exceeded every expectation! The curriculum was thoughtfully designed, the training was motivating and hands-on, and the instructors truly care about your growth.
