Needed my motor home tank filled up. They were very polite and helpful. Thank you!
Called to buy some parts for my Cottage LP. Was told they will not sell me parts and would charge me $150 per hr minimum $500 to come and look at it.
Hilgys is always knowledgeable, easy to work with and friendly. If there's a change I would suggest reminder cards go out or text reminder that they have begun taking the preorders for winter. I got in at the tail end and it was pricey. Double from last year. I could have saved money if I ordered a few weeks earlier. Thats where the advance notice would help a great deal.
