In a business where time is money, the staff looked at my car for a list of complaints, which i thought would cost any where between $500-$1,000. After about an hour of inspection they found some small issues. They fixed one of my issues, with very little cost to me (WOW), and advise me about another issue and asked if it was something i could fix (saving me money). Hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars Hilgart's has saved us! We've been looking around for a decent used car for my son. When we find one we think is right we bring it in for Hilgarts' expert opinion on what's good and what needs fixing. Their open and honest approach has save us a lot of money by helping us steer away from some real money pits. We've taken our vehicles to Hilgarts since 2010 at least, and have been pleased with the quality of service and efforts of staff and mechanics to fit us in and quickly diagnose problems. When they fix something they get it right the first time, and they do not overcharge! They are also very transparent with me as they are my husband (totally doing away with the stereotypical treatment of women as clueless at the auto mechanic's!). These guys are great and I am so happy they are so close to our residence!
Competitive pricing, Courteous personnel always explain the best corrective action for the price.
No Stars awarded to this Business. The Staff was VERY rude and abrasive. Went in on a HOT day with A/C problems @ 4:35pm, stafff did not want to talk to me let alone ask what my discrepancies were. Guess they wanted to out of the building before their posted close hours (5pm). Not sure how they want to be successful, work of mouth far worst then web review postings.
