I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my vehicle in for a shifter module issue, and was told a penny was the cause—so the repair wasn’t covered under warranty. No penny was ever shown in the 360 inspection video. The issue returned, and it turned out to be a wiring fault, which was covered. That means I paid out of pocket for something that should have been handled under warranty from the start. I had an appointment at 11:15. I dropped my car off at 10:45. At 4:00, I had to contact the service department just to get an update on my car. My car was ready after 6:00. The lack of respect of the time of people who don’t wait at the dealership is ridiculous. In no world should it take 7 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation if an appointment has been scheduled.
