Good service.
Engine light came on last week and the code said engine cooling system. Online research looked like a warranty thermostat replacement. 3 year/ 60k powertrain coverage. Pulled into the dealership yesterday with 59993 miles. Pulled out today with it all fixed $0. For me, it was an easy experience. They took me home and picked me up. They did suggest other work but no pressure. Overall, happy with Hiley.
Terrible place. First visit was the 5k miles inspection and courtesy oil change, which they tried to charge me for. When I got home I realized they did not put the fasteners back on the oil drain cover. I called them and they said it would be sent. Waited 3 weeks and nothing, called for an update and was assured they would send the fasteners. A week later I did get a package however it was the wrong part.
