Everyone I spoke with was very attentive, kind, and helpful. They allowed me to wait with my dog and brought me a bowl of water for her. It was a great experience and I felt welcomed from the onset. This was the first time I’ve received a video of the vehicle inspection which was really comforting as this was my first service on my new truck.
Always polite and wait is never long.
Once I received the loaner vehicle (over 2 month wait) the drop off, repair and ready for pick up notice was swift! The maintenance was excellent, but the loaner vehicle program needs a lot of attention
