I have a 2021 Buick Envision I purchased new from the dealership with promises of a loaner if service needed. The vehicle has less than 17,000 miles on it. The back up camera has started working intermittently. I caked for an appointment and was told I would have to leave it 3-5 days to have issue diagnosed - no loaner. Then bring it back for repair. The service department was very busy that day but my car was serviced efficiently and in a timely manner. I appreciate the video inspections. I had an oil change and a new engine filter.
I’ve visited this place a few times since purchasing my new vehicle. I’m always treated fairly but have to keep bringing vehicle back. On a good note, the services are quick. I have to reschedule due to timing and lack of parts and examination. Staff treats everyone well. Overall, they have complied with scheduling. One thing they do is leave a video of service they do to the vehicle and send it electronically.
