Once I received the loaner vehicle (over 2 month wait) the drop off, repair and ready for pick up notice was swift! The maintenance was excellent, but the loaner vehicle program needs a lot of attention
I was attended by Luke great service re-recommend to come here and get attended by Luke very fast and very good
GNC kept my car for a week, then tried to keep it another week for a simple transmission flush. After escalating to the manager, I got it back in two days. Paid out of pocket for a rental and other costs 10% discount given for the inconvenience, but delays and poor communication were unacceptable.
Great service Department. Love the walk around video for showing all items for service review.
