These guys will take your money and leave you hanging because they are playing catchup paying the last last last guy. Don't hire these guys. In fact, don't even hire a general contractor for simple house stuff. Go do the research and hire the individuals yourself ie flooring people for floors, bathroom people for bathroom etc.
It causes anxiety just to write it. Warning they are prime examples is of bad business taking your money.
Never started the work we paid for
Stay away from Hilex. Contract signing takes away all avenues to get released. Delayed project start for weeks. Kept $2300 of a $4000 down payment after I canceled them without any work performed.
BEWARE! They do not pay their contractors. DO NOT use this company and whatever you do DO NOT work for them.
