Never started the work we paid for
Stay away from Hilex. Contract signing takes away all avenues to get released. Delayed project start for weeks. Kept $2300 of a $4000 down payment after I canceled them without any work performed.
BEWARE! They do not pay their contractors. DO NOT use this company and whatever you do DO NOT work for them.
I was a little disappointed in a situation we just had with the installation of our toilet. Apparently when the toilet was installed it was installed wrong and it started leaking We called the company and they told they told us to call a plumber
