I had the pleasure of working with Dominic and the Hildreth Construction Services Project Management team on a project in Ames, Iowa. Hildreth completed a mixed-use historic rehab for us in Ames, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to preserving the character of the building. What really impressed us was their ability to stay ahead of schedule while coming in under budget. Communication was great, and they were always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Would highly recommend for historic preservation projects.
Hildreth Construction was the best decision we made for our parking lot project. Robert was always very responsive and followed up on numerous owner issues very rapidly. No issues remained open without remediation plans for more than a day or two. I was able to rely upon Roberts judgement and advice numerous times. Hildreth has a good working relationship with their sub-contractors and this was instrumental in getting the job done on time and on budget.
