DOES NOT BACK UP WORK – Contracted Hildenbrand Design to remodel my bathroom, despite his estimate being higher than others. Bathroom LOOKED good enough upon completion, although what I chose for my (almost) $12,000. 6' x 8' bathroom was just plain, basic, no-frills....what I didn't expect to get was a leaking toilet that in the course of 3-1/2 years seeped thru' the ceramic tile & completely ruined the sub-floor, causing the tile to push up & crack, the caulking to pop out & the tile to rock when I walk on it. Poor Service – Purchased new windows, front door, and decorative moldings for my house and after we spent a large sum of money here we had some problems with a seal on a window. I contacted Steve Hildenbrand (owner) and after several phone calls, he finally returned my phone call to tell that there was nothing he could do for me. I would warn anyone considering his services to take a ride down the street to Innovative Building Concepts (part of Irwin Builder Supply).
