We purchased a 15 year old Hilden Home in Antonia heights in December of 2022. It’s March 2023 and we are putting a new roof on , which is fine as they usually last 15 years or so. What was not fine , was finding that the original shingles were nailed directly onto the Aspenite , with no weather proofing underneath. That’s just poor craftsmanship & cheap! Future buyers beware.
Requested a quote August 2017 in regards to a new home build to date have never received a response poor business management and customer service culture
