Not a good experience. Unreliable. It's like pulling teeth trying to get an answer and update. No follow ups. Maybe just busy, but still not a good way for business. Our videos have been well overdue. Has not reached out to us nor our agent. Urgh Frustrating to say the least. Pictures were generic, we could have taken better ones. Did not take time capture, and focus on important areas of the house. He was probably in and out of the premises. We were forced to use old pictures for our airbnb home so we can post it.
