Just checked with City of Markham Building Department, Lang Yi Foundation have applied for building permit of building C. This is a good beginning for Hildebrand Gardens. I purchased one unit of Building C which was scheduled for completion around November of 2027. Hope eventually this project will be a success.
Do not trust this site. They are endlessly delaying the work and there is no guarantee they will build even. Be very careful
