I was looking for an awning part, which the nice old gentleman didn't have but with the amount of parts he's accumulated over the years he might just have it "somewhere" 😉...definitely a place to check for RV parts.
Got to Yuma last year, and the guy in the permanent trailer next to me said I'd need a surge protector before trusting the park's power. Went here first, and he had exactly what I needed. Got here this year, and found out my propane pigtail is leaking. Called here first, hoping he has those as well.
