Honestly... this is worst company I've ever had to deal with as a utility. We are forced to have them for our water and my mother, who's utilities I pay, is forced to have them for her electric. I am SO grateful I have a choice in my electric and that I am not forced to their poor grid and billing. Over the 5 years I've had them, there have been NUMEROUS situations where they mess up their autopay, charge outrageous NSF fees when I am the one calling them to say "hey, you missed taking out my payment" and give no reason for ... read more

Y’all are the worst company out there. It’s sad that our subdivision is stuck with just this company and that needs to change. We are always having outages and don’t let it have a slight storm and boom we have no power. I want to know how can we fight to get a choice in using other better quality companies then Hilco it’s like living as a communist. Power keeps going out and nothing is even going on
