I pulled into the first entrance looking for an address to deliver a package. There was a sign on the building that's at open like a normal business, there was a guy outside working on his truck. I asked him if he could tell me which address was the one I was looking for, and he responded with "well it's neither of these ones and it says no trespassing on the sign out there". My dad is a very loyal customer at this place. My mom and I went and the customer service was terrible. My dad called prior to us arriving and they told him it was open, we get there and we’re inside and a lady comes out telling us that it is closed and we should not even be inside. She repeatedly kept shouting to not pet her dogs, when we weren’t even petting them. She wouldn’t even let us talk or explain. In my opinion, she could’ve been a little bit nicer about it and we would’ve understood. Overall, not the greatest expe... read more
