I hired Tim Hilborn for a real estate transaction and was very disappointed with the experience. Communication was slow, important deadlines were missed, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic updates. There was also unnecessary delays and stress. I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially given the fees charged. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this lawyer for real estate matters.
Rob is exceptionally helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and laid out all my options in a way I understood. He's clearly very experienced, and was both compassionate and informative. If you're in need of guidance, I would highly recommend reaching out to him.
Robert Konduros really knows his stuff. He helped make a complicated situation understandable and reassured us with his knowledge and expertise. In any future event I will not hesitate to call on him again. In my family’s opinion he is truly the greatest thing since sliced bread. Thank you Robert!
I noticed this week that Raz Cristache is at it again with another false review which he posted as of one year ago. It's old but warrants correction. In this review he says he was in a car accident in 2019. The only car accident I dealt with him regarding was in 2015. In his review he says I told him to take a $5,000 settlement. Inconsistent with that, in his old review that he took down he said in it that I tried to get him to settle for $10,000 and that he was likely going to get more than 10x that amount with his new lawy... read more
