Terrible Customer service! My Husbands company hired them for switching the Health Insurance as they explained the switch they left out some details ( that he could of stayed on the Company Health as he is still working) they are a broker hired to explain a certain health Plan and when asked everything is through Email!! you can never talk to a person! so frustrating! they just set everything up then your on your own!!! If you need to cancel a certain plan you have to do it yourself!!! they stopped answering my emails!!!
Awful! Zero. Did a home Inspection for my insurance company Hanover. Over 20 years and I’ve never had a problem. Couple of shingles I guess need repair- no big deal. They invented a ‘homemade heating barrel’ ?? And sited me for no fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. Was he drunk or high? They are clearly visible right in the path that he walked. They will want you to bend over and take it but they will never follow up with you. This insurance agency was refereed to me by a real estate agent. Terrible business
