Dr. Newgen has been my neurologist for a bit over a year (I think.....she's trying to help with my memory shortcomings!) and has been tremendous to work with! She listens intently, and allows you to give every detail you can about why it's an issue. When it comes to things that concern you, she is very willing to do non-invasive methods of getting answers and treatment. Dr. Hilary Newgen is a smart, kind and thorough neurologist. She helped through a difficult time after I suffered a bad concussion. She is responsive and patient and followed up with me. I appreciate the care she has provided.
Dr. Newgen is a great doc. Good listener, read the long message that I sent her to prep for the appointment. She gave me good advice and is committed to working with to other Kaiser docs to make sure that I’m safe as I get the treatment that I need.
