I saw Hilary throughout my second pregnancy for regular lymphatic drainage massages, and I am so glad I did. After dealing with swelling and discomfort throughout my first pregnancy, finding Hilary was a game-changer; I had no noticeable swelling and a much easier time physically. Hilary is knowledgable, skilled, and compassionate, and I left every appointment feeling deeply relaxed and well cared for.
Hilary is the best! Her massage has made my pregnancy journey 100 times easier. I am able to sleep better for multiple days after the massage and especially in the third trimester she has help relieve a ton of hip and back pain. I would recommend her to anyone even if you aren’t pregnant! She also does a great job of finding a really good pressure nothing that is so painful you want it to stop but firm enough where she is addressing the problem, but you still leave feeling relaxed!

I have been visiting Hilary for pre-natal massages and she is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her practice. She creates a warm and welcoming environment and masterly addresses any physical issues that come with the changes of one’s body during pregnancy (for me-my lower back!)
