Im disappointed, and kind of irritated tbh. I looked into this practice 8-10m ago as a prospective new patient. I was told that they recently reduced their operating hours in months prior, and were not accepting new patients at that time— as they were adjusting to their workload on the new schedule. We have 4 kids, and they always take extra time with kids who have anxiety(they also have a way about making the kids forget about anxiety). Without gimmicks! (except a balloon or toothbrush)..It is a warm and inviting environment. When we schedule they take exactly the amount of time to do it right, so they aren't trying to get you in/out for a 15 min appointment. Dr. Douglas and her staff are world-class. I've been going to them ever since moving to Chandler over a decade ago. Each and every visit has been a pure delight. I've never had any issues with regular cleanings, x-rays or any other procedures. They are exceptionally accommodating. For example, one year they pulled a wisdom tooth and, since it was their last appointment of the day (and there were no other patients) they let me choose the music. Hands down the most personable and caring office I have ever had the pleasure of being a client with. From the start it is very obvious that everyone who works here has an amazing vibe and loves working with each other. Everyone is so thorough with their part in the process and makes you feel super comfortable. Dr. Douglas is amazing! Shout out to reception specifically; absolutely so so so helpful every step of the way!
