Unprofessional and the woman who answered the phone I believe her name was Alba was nasty and very rude. I would never LET THEM TOW my car here or do any work to it, or recommend this place to ANYONE. I was in a bind and needed a tow as my car check engine light came on and she was not welcoming AT ALL! I WAS WRONG ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! There are many other tow and service shops in the area that were much nicer, pleasant and helpful when i called to ask basic information and pricing. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!... read more
First I want to say they got us out of a pinch helping get our drivers truck back on the road after an accident. However after they checked over the truck the driver had to wait almost 3 hours to get a bill so he could head home and they proceeded to make a fuss when he asked if he could leave and have them mail it to us. All in all there towing service was good but they can definitely work on being professional and getting drivers back on the road as soon as possible.
Great Towing service. The trucks they have available are really easy on the vehicle and the driver was friendly and accomodating.
Bad place! Not recommend….
