I experienced the worst medical care of my life from Dr. Cohen, the president of this practice. He was arrogant, did not know what my symptoms indicated, and, consequently, he grossly misdiagnosed me. As if that weren't enough, he never responded to my written outreach/concerns about my experience. Rather, he ignored them as if the encounter never happened. Dr. Kemp is truly an amazing physician with an incredible bedside manner unlike any doctor I have ever met before. He is kind compassionate, caring and listens to what you have to say and I mean really listens. I recommend him to anyone needing a kidney specialist. You will be treated with the utmost respect by Dr. Philip Kemp.
A patient for over 20 years. Switched jobs and during my 90 day waiting period was treated rudely and was told no appointment without insurance. Then when I questioned that they spitefully put $164 bill to collections. Pathetic
Staff was unprepared and duplicated my file then made me wait for 2 hrs only to be told to “take a bath”? Very unprofessional and no help whatsoever
