The best cameras money can buy, such a shame our government is hindering this company and trying to force us to use inferior products
Installed eight Hikvision cameras around my house in 2020. The cameras have been performing flawlessly. Durable and reliable cameras and NVR>
100% useless product/tech support. I bought my DVR, it was working fine, then it just shut off and when it came back on, i had tech issues with viewing the cameras so i called tech support. I have made over 15 calls and been on hold for over TOTAL of over 13 hours and i have YET to speak to a live person! NOBODY answers the phone EVER! Go to Trust Pilot and read the reviews, they almost all have this same issue.
