The staff at this place are amazing. They genuinely understand great customer service and go above and beyond to give you quality service. It’s extremely clean in their space, beautiful aesthetic. They go out of their way to answer questions and you never feel rushed. They have quality jewelry and I’d like to mention a special shoutout to Jam, she was in communication with me (I live on another island) about getting the right jewelry order and kept up great communication to coordinate from afar for new jewelry! Came in as a walk in for a nose piercing. I was extremely anxious. Great experience. Clean shop, staff is fun and knowledgeable. Will be bringing my daughter back for hers. Would recommend this shop to anyone interested in piercing.
I love this place! I walked in without an apt and was greeted by Jade who helped me pick out my brow and nose jewelry and minutes later I was on the cute sparkly bed getting pierced. Mel was so kind and had no problem changing the eyebrow jewelry once it was in because it looked bigger than I thought it would, so she changed it for me, making sure I was completely happy with everything. Online (both maps & Google) it says they close at 9, we drove an hour just to be turned away because they close at 7. I would’ve appreciated if they made the effort to still take me in considering that on my end I made it in time :( . The lady seemed nice tho. Went elsewhere.
Greatest experience ever! Four of us decided to do a piercing as bonding experience, one said no, but eventually agreed thanks to the great customer service, aloha, patience and understanding. Thanks to them now we all have a bond, memories and after 5 shots of vodka after, lol. Just kidding no shots just great memories 🤣mahalo! You guys are awesome. I highly recommend this location!
