Greatest experience ever! Four of us decided to do a piercing as bonding experience, one said no, but eventually agreed thanks to the great customer service, aloha, patience and understanding. I will not go anywhere else in Hawaii. I’ve been to their Waikiki location before for my septum and had a great experience despite having a difficult piercing. I love the Kailua location even more! It is smaller but also cozier. Clean, professional, and as beautiful as the other store with better parking. Great selection of jewelry from BVLA and Neometal, and the same great people work here as they do in Waikiki. I went in today because my 20(!) year old lobe piercing got infected. I got 4 ear piercings with Bronson & everything was top notch. Making the appointment, wait time (none), jewelry selection (star eyes), professionalism, cleanliness, quality of service, and price. I will definitely be back for future piercing, and wholeheartedly recommend this business to everyone.
We took our 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and we were very impressed with the staff and how smoothly everything went. I was nervous taking her but she really wanted them done, they provided a safe and comfortable environment for her. I am grateful she had such a positive experience getting her ears done!
Making an appointment was super easy online. I appreciate the explanation of what is required for minors getting pierced. Many shops I looked at online did not have this. I would not have known I needed identification for both of us. We were ushered inside and immediately the counter helper, Hazel, was there to help guide my daughter in her selection based on preference and what would also be a smart choice.
