Created a nurturing and safe healing environment. Experienced an immense amount of healing during their grief retreat in October of 2024. Moira (Mo) is a remarkable human being and artful facilitator.
Moira took a group of us out for a 1.5 hr forest bath. It was my first time and I absolutely loved it! Moira has a great way of bringing calm and peace and comfortable insightful discussion. I realized nature meditation is incredible and something I need to incorporate more in my life. I am a very outdoorsy person, but have not experienced nature in quite this way. It was very peaceful, calming, rejuvenating and eye opening as well. I highly recommend Hike and Heal Wellness for adults and children!

I'm 2 wks out from a wonderful retreat led by Krista Pfohl & Moira Farrell and am still feeling grounded & energized. Their teamwork is FANTASTIC at leading Sound Baths, nature exercises and meditations. Moira & Krista are soooo tuned in & find great joy in sharing their passion. Eventhough I'm very much an outdoor person, I now see & experience nature on an even deeper level. I'm REALLY grateful I had this experience.
Attended Tap into your Intuition retreat at Christine Center with Mo from Hike and Heal and Krista from Awakened Center. Fabulous on so many levels. Forest bathing and Sound healing sessions were amazing. Highly recommend spending time with these women who combine play and inner exploration. Exceeded my expectations.Also loved the Christine Center.
