Hiitory Gym has exceeded all my expectations. The coaches are professional, patient, and always willing to help you improve. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive, motivating atmosphere that makes every workout enjoyable. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and overall fitness since joining. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel like part of the community from day one. I've been working with coach Danny for about 4 months and he's helped me lose over 9% of bodyfat and gain 3% of muscle. I can now see my abs and we're working on getting even leaner and stronger. He's helped me with my stamina, posture, and my lower back which were weaknesses of mine. He's tough but considerate of my abilities and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great trainer.
