I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The staff member named Kayla was extremely rude and made up rules about when guests can be brought in, even though my friend has a valid Plus 1 guest membership. This is not the first time she has given me and my friend a hard time, even just for signing in when we arrived. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Amazing time here, Fabio offered great customer service and made my time here very enjoyable. Hands down the best employee here. 5/5.
