Absolutely love coming here. This gym is perfect for the people who hate going to the gym because: 1. It's open 24/7 2. There are 9 stations to do a full workout (so you don't have to think about how many sets+ reps or even what to do). 3. You complete a full workout in about 30mins. Yay! 4. Each station has a video of how to complete the activity - no complicated machinery to embarrass yourself on. 5. There are a variety of classes and PT sessions available. 6. Hiit Zone is by far the best gym I have been too. The coaches are super supportive which makes for a great environment. I would highly recommend it!
