Joining HIIT Nambour as a Foundation Member when they opened over 12 months ago, is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself! The style of training is fun, motivating and adaptable to any person, ability and training level. The coaches are thorough, they teach, they correct your form when needed and most importantly, they care. I’ve gained confidence, great habits, my motivation to train again and amazing friendships. Excellent gym. Great vibe. Classes are fantastic and team are very welcoming. Child-minding is also a major draw card.
