I notice all the good reviews are from over a year ago, probably when there was better management. I signed up on a free trial then continued on with a membership. I went for a few weeks taking my son to every session where he sat in a corner quietly watching my phone, he didn’t disrupt the session once. Then one session the “manager” awkwardly tells me that Tommy was then an issue , and he will not be allowed to attend anymore sessions without any clear guideline as to why. I went once for my free trial. Super nice people. Really nice instructor. I was so sore for day days after. Totally loved it. I totally recommend it.

I am so happy that I joined this gym! The trainers and people are absolutely amazing and supportive, the vibe is ALWAYS good. I have never felt more confident within myself since going here.
