After having attended a few different hiit clubs in the past, Hiit Republic Springfield is by far the best one I've found! Not only are the trainers incredibly supportive and motivative, the community is amazing and an overall great vibe! The workouts are a great mix of cardio strength and endurance and perfect for everyone of any fitness level!
